1. What devices do I need to use bePOS? Are there any specific configuration requirements?
To use bePOS, you need at least 02 devices, an iPad and a receipt printer
– iPad: Use an iPad manufactured in 2018 or later to ensure the best use
– Receipt printer: HPRT and Epson printer lines that support LAN port
2. How will bePOS warrant and support customers when the device has a problem?
– bePOS warrants the device for 12 months from the date of delivery
– Support maintenance and link suppliers to repair when there is a problem
3. Can I use one package of bePOS for many stores? If I want to use it for many branches, is it possible?
For each software package bePOS will use 1 store. When you have a need to use more than one branch, you will pay an additional branch activation fee on the bePOS system
4. When the service period expires, what should I do to continue using it?
When the service package expires, please contact the hotline at 024 777 16889 for support and renewal advice. You will be extended at the same price as the previous contract
